ARMAND-ALBERT RATEAU (1882-1938)

A pair of oak armchairs by Armand-Albert Rateau. Feautring curled arm supports, wide caned seats and  caned concave backs, both chairs stand on two carved and tapered front legs, sculpted each at the top with stylized bunches of grapes. The back legs curve slightly outwards. 

Dimensions: H 72,2 x W 57,5 x D 55 cm

Period: Circa 1921-1922

Material: Oak wood
